What we offer in North America

    • Non-contributory Health and Dental Insurance. Choice of two medical plans, one PPO and one HSA compliant. We also offer non-contributory Vision Insurance
    • 15 days paid time off (includes sick time and vacation) in first 4 years, increased to 20 days after 4 years. No rollover
    • 401k - company currently contributes a fixed 3% of salary. Employee matching is not required.
    • Life Insurance and Accidental Death each at 1x basic salary up to max of $200k (non-contributory)
    • Both short term and long term offered @60% of base salary up to age of 65 (non-contributory)
    • 10 days paid holidays
